1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

WDM Legal Services provides immigration legal advice and representation. All services are subject to:

Written terms of engagement agreed between you and WDM Legal Services
Payment of agreed fees
Compliance with UK immigration law and professional regulations

3. Fees and Payment

Fees will be agreed in writing before work commences
Payment terms will be specified in your engagement letter
Home Office fees and disbursements are payable in addition to our fees
We reserve the right to cease work if invoices remain unpaid

4. Client Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Respond promptly to our requests for information or documents
Inform us immediately of any changes in your circumstances
Comply with all UK immigration laws and Home Office requirements

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

Immigration applications are decided by the UK Home Office. While we will use our best efforts, we cannot guarantee a successful outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

We are covered by professional indemnity insurance
Our liability will not exceed the amount covered by our insurance
We are not liable for decisions made by the Home Office or delays in processing

7. Termination

Either party may terminate our agreement with written notice. You will be liable for fees incurred up to the termination date.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) and you may refer complaints to them if unresolved.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
